Product Description
The OUCO 14 cubic meter wireless remote control grab is ideal for efficiently loading and unloading dry bulk cargo on ports and cargo ships. It's a cutting-edge single-rope clamshell grab that operates without external power. It automatically closes when lifted by the crane hook and can be opened remotely at any position in the air.
We've recently designed and produced four of these advanced 14m³ grabs for our South African clients. Featuring hardox wear-resistant plates on the bucket teeth to prevent leakage, they boast an IP56 electrical protection level and a signal strength reaching 200 meters. With a modular design, maintenance and repairs are straightforward, ensuring low failure rates and easy operation for continuous 24-hour work cycles, perfect for long-term use.
Our customers utilize these grabs for handling various bulk commodities including clay, coal, soybeans, rapeseed, soda ash, iron ore fines, sugar, and salt.
Specially designed hydraulic cylinders minimize crane downtime and wear, making them quick to use and requiring minimal maintenance. They're resistant to harsh environmental conditions like extreme temperatures and powder rain. Equipped with radio remote control technology.
